Escape the stress of everyday life to Penthouse Dream. Directly beachfront, our newly remodeled and updated 4 bedroom Penthouse condo is located on the Top floor (7TH) of Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Enjoy privacy, peace, and quiet, while taking in breathtaking views of The Gulf-of-Mexico, white sand beach, and amazing sunsets.

The moment you step inside, you will notice the detail and grandeur of this brand new, spacious, redesigned floor plan; offering over 2,000 square feet of beach front elegance.

The Penthouse offers 2 separate private screened lanais: one off the living room and the other is off the Grand Suite. The screened living room lanai is a corner wrap around, and offers a patio set with 6 chairs, and an outdoor couch for that afternoon nap, or family gatherings. The Grand Suite screened lanai offers two chaise lounges: the perfect romantic retreat when you just need to get away.

The large bright open and airy living room is complete with overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, wet bar with granite top, and tumbled stone backsplash. You will find all leather furniture in the living room including a comfy leather couch- sleeper sofa (Full), love seat, sitting swivel chairs, overstuffed chair and ottoman.  LCD wall mount TV, C.D player.  The sliding glass doors open to the large corner wrap around screened beach front lanai.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, with Gulf-of-Mexico views, and offers unique custom hardwood cabinetry, granite counter tops, tumbled stone backsplash, and full size stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator. Stunning glass blown, red globe lamps with dimmer control hang from the ceiling.

The dining room offers a hardwood dining table, and 8 chairs with ebony finishes, covered in rich tropical fabric for casual dining. Two additional folding chairs can be found in our master closet for additional seating to accommodate 10. All set below our dramatic designer light fixture, complete with dimmer switch for a candlelight dining ambiance.

The Grand Bedroom suite is large and spacious overlooking the Gulf-of-Mexico. Our extraordinary furniture collection is sleek, contemporary, and sophisticated with cognac finishes. You will find a new  king size bed complete with headboard, foot board and side rails, hardwood dresser/mirror and night stands, overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, wall mount flat screen TV, walk in closet . A gleaming wall of glass sliders with custom curtains and crisp white sheers open to a private secluded beach front lanai complete with two chaise lounges.

The Grand Bathroom is roomy, romantic, and luxurious. This stunning bathroom overlooks the Gulf-of-Mexico; the tiled master bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub for two people. You will find a separate walk in tiled shower, new custom hardwood vanities with granite tops, oil-rubbed faucets and fixtures, with double sinks and full length mirror.

Guest bedroom 1 is a Junior Suite located near the front Foyer.  It has  a new plush queen mattress, custom closet with built in drawers, overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, wall mount flat screen T.V , full tiled bathroom with walk in shower, new custom hardwood vanity, granite top, brushed nickel faucets and fixtures, and full size front-load stack washer and dryer . Our Junior Suite is ideal for your Nanny or in-laws.

Our Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds, custom closet with built in drawers, overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, a wall mount flat screen T.V.

Guest  bedroom #3 has a plush queen bed, custom closet with built in drawers, overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, flat screen wall mount T.V.

The third shared Bathroom is located off the main hall between the #2  & #3  Guest bedrooms. It is fully tiled and offers a shower and tub combo, custom hardwood vanity, granite tops with double sinks, and brushed nickel faucets and fixtures.

You will have access to the  private beachside cabana garage (no cars) that contains beach chairs and a cooler for your use during your stay. We ask that in order to minimize sand in the Penthouse that all beach items be left in the cabana and not taken into the condo.

Carlos Pointe is a no smoking and no pet property.

No smoking inside the penthouse or on the lanais.

You must be 30 years of age to rent. 
Well behaved children are welcomed and must be surpervised at all times.
