Perched on the fourth floor with direct Gulf-front views and Sanibel Island shimmering in the distance, this vacation retreat offers everything you love about the beach—sunshine, soft sugar-white sand, and the soothing sounds of the surf.

Gateway Villas boasts the most sought-after spot on the north end of Estero Island, just a short 0.3-mile walk to the vibrant Times Square and Pier district. Enjoy easy access to beachside dining, boutique shops, and live entertainment—all while savoring peace and quiet away from the crowds.
Comfortable Sleeping for Up to 6 Guests
Primary Bedroom: New king-size bed, private balcony access, ensuite bath with step-in shower, and an in-unit washer & dryer for your convenience. Fall asleep to the lull of the waves each night.
Guest Bedroom: New queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and ample closet space.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests or kids, plus a large smart TV for movie nights after the beach.
